The Teen Panels project, funded by NHTSA through the NYS Governor's Traffic Safety Committee and designed by Dr. Denis Foley and Dr. Andrew Wolfe, SUNY IT, Utica, NY is a traveling throughout Orange County to educate our community about the distractons that influence driving and often lead to tragedy. |

The Teen Panels are transported by John Jones, STOP-DWI Program Assistant with the use of our trailer, lettered by Jonah Eisenberg, Mobile GrafX Sign Company. |
